Training Center login issues

If you cannot log in, follow these steps to get back in fast.

Quick answer

Most login issues happen because you are using a different email address than the one you purchased with. Use the correct email address you purchased with to login to the training center.

If you forgot your password, click Forgot password on the training center login page.


If you are still having trouble, follow this checklist:

Step 1. Confirm the correct email

  1. Open ALL of your email inboxes and search for the subject: “Your new mediabuying.co training center account.”

  2. The email address that received that message is your account email.

  3. Try that exact email on the training center login page.

Tip: If you used Apple/Google checkout or the Apple “Hide My Email” feature, your account may be under a masked address. Search all your inboxes, including Spam / Promotions for the subject line above.

Step 2. Reset your password

  1. Go to the Training Center password reset page: https://members.mediabuying.co/password/new

  2. Enter the purchase email you confirmed in Step 1 and submit.

  3. Check your inbox including spam/promotions for the password reset email and follow the link.

  4. Create a new password and log in.

It can take a few minutes to receive the password reset email, check spam and promotions.


If the reset link does not work

Try these quick fixes:

  • Open the link in a private or incognito window.

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.

  • Try a different browser or device.

  • Request a fresh password reset link and use it within 10 minutes.


If your email is not recognized

  • Make sure you typed your email address exactly as shown in your purchase receipt.

  • If you purchased with one email and tried to log in with another, the system will not find your account.

  • If you changed emails since purchase, contact support and we can update your account email after a quick verification.

Security note: For your protection, we can only send a temporary password to the verified purchase email or after identity verification.
